Frozen Yogurt Bark with Berries

• 2 cups Lebanco plain Yogurt 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries) 2 tbsp honey 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) 2 tbsp chopped pistachios or almonds (optional) Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

   Line a tray or baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix Lebanco Natural Set Yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared tray, about 1 cm thick. Scatter the mixed berries evenly over the yogurt and gently press them into the surface. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios or almonds if desired. Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until completely firm. Break into irregular pieces and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
